A logic model is an excellent tool used to assess the effectiveness of a program. It visually outlines the resources needed and activities involved to reach a program's goals.
To better conceptualize the value of logic models, I created a full logic model to address a problem my field experience aimed to solve. That problem is the frequent occurrence of stockout. 'Ai Love Nalo currently does not have an effective inventory system, which has resulted in limited menu options for customers to choose from, decrease in revenue, and increasing frustration by the owner and employees.
